International Monetary Fund announced that Iran`s 2008 exports will show a 16-billion-dollar increase by the end of the year.
In its recent report on Iran`s Trade, IMF announced that the country`s exports in 2007 stood at 91 billion and 289 million dollars predicting that the index will increase to 107 billion and 649 million dollars in 2008 showing an increase of $16.405 billion.
According to the report the growth of the index will be continued during the next years reaching $111.9 billion in 2013.
Of the total exports in the current year, Iran`s gas and oil exports will be valued at 91 billion and 27 million dollars which in the current year was estimated some 76 billion and 858 million dollars (showing a 14 billion and 160 million dollar increase.
Iran`s gas and oil exports in 2013 are predicted to reach $88 billion and 9345 million.
Of the total gas and oil exports I the current year, crude oil exports will be valued at $77 billion and 304 million.
Iran`s non-oil exports in the current year will be valued at $16 billion and 667 million showing a $2.236 billion increase over the last year in which non-oil exports stood at $14.431 billion.
Elaborating on Iran`s imports during the current year, IMF announced that the figure will stand at $67 billion and 46 million. Iran`s imports value stood at 55 billion and 352 million dollars in 2007.
The figure will increase to $112 billion and 191 million in 2013.
