The Islamic Republic of Iran has exported $2.5 billion of various technical and engineering services during the last year, deputy commerce minister Mahdi Ghazanfari said.
Iran plans to export $3 billion of technical-engineering services in current year, Ghazanfari said.
He added that last year, Iran signed various contracts and deals on technical-engineering services export with different countries resulting in remarkable boost of exports in this sector.
Iraq, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, India, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Central Asia, Caucasus, South America and Latin America are among the main importers of Iranian technical-engineering services, he added.
